Sinch Engage (US) operates a campaign that sends opted-in subscribers informational and promotional SMS messages on behalf of Dexity. We may use the User's mobile number to send information and updates related to their order. It may also be used to send reminders, respond to inquiries or support requests, and provide updates about our services. If the User opts in to receive SMS notifications, they may receive messages that include company news, promotional offers, event reminders, or product/service updates. For any questions or support related to messaging, you can reach us at start@dexity.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out.

To send periodic WhatsApp messages

By registering with us, the User is opting in to receive information and updates related to their order or account via WhatsApp. This may include reminders, responses to inquiries or questions, and other relevant requests. Users may also receive updates, company news, related product or service information, or promotional content. If at any time the User wishes to stop receiving WhatsApp messages, they may unsubscribe by contacting us via our Site or directly replying with the specified opt-out keyword. Please note that by re-enrolling in a webinar or interacting with our services, the User is consenting to receive WhatsApp messages again, even if they had previously unsubscribed.

To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

To provide AI-powered features such as Resume Analysis, Mock Interview, Career Roadmap, and Salary Insights, we use trusted third-party AI service providers.

What we collect and how

We only process the document or information that you voluntarily choose to upload or provide. From your uploaded resume, we may extract information such as your work experience, skills, education, certifications, and industry to generate the requested insights. We do not access, collect, or scan any other files, photos, or data stored on your device.

The extracted information is securely transmitted to our AI service providers solely to process your request and generate personalized results, including resume feedback, interview questions, career recommendations, and salary insights. Your information is used only to provide the features you request and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data retention and AI training

Information processed through our AI service providers is used only to fulfill your request. We do not use your uploaded documents or extracted information to train our own AI models. Where supported by our AI service providers' policies and services, your data is not used to train or improve their AI models.
