While remote professionals might find that their salary is slightly lower based on which country they work remotely from, they still get the benefits of flexibility, and save time and money during commute every day. Companies may find in-person interaction between employees lacking, they still save a lot financially on expensive work spaces and can fill open positions more quickly. Having clear priorities is key as both employers and employees explore the untapped potential of remote work, making new tradeoffs to gain novel advantages.
